I’m excited to announce that I will now be offering Therapeutic Sound Baths to aid in deep relaxation, release and restoration. Complete with Nepalese Gong, Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls, Drums, Wind Gongs, Koshi Chimes and many more instruments that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, aiding release along the way. What is Sound Healing?

A holistic and complimentive therapy for healing; a transformational tool for growth.


Sound healing draws upon ancient wisdom and modern science to help bring back the whole of the being into its natural resonance. Through the power of sound we can start to retrain limited beliefs and shift unwanted thought patterns by accessing altered states of consciousness - leaving us in harmonic balance.


Everything around us has its own vibrational frequency, including ourselves - sound frequencies impact how we feel. That's why particular sounds and types of music often bring about specific types of emotions from us.

During a sound bath, you'll typically lie down on the floor on a mat, perhaps cuddled up with a cozy blanket - simply listening and feeling as a variety of instruments bathe you in the soothing sounds and vibrations.

Improved sleep, reduction of chronic stress, depression and anxiety. It helps balance the mind and releases any stuck thoughts or habits, shifting you into balance and leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm and happiness.
