Private Sessions

If you feel like you’re in need for some one to one guidance, whether it being to gain strength & flexibility, relieve stress and anxiety or work through personal trauma, each session will be designed with you in mind to help find a safe space within.

Sessions could include Breath Work, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki or Sound Healing and can be facilitated online or in-person if local.

We'll sit down and discuss a plan that's best suited to your needs first and then we'll work together at creating something transformational. A perfect place to start reclaiming back your health and joy.

Where

Sessions can either be held online or in the comfort of your own home, I am willing to travel within reason, my location may vary. If you'd prefer to attend a session in a studio then I can look into a venue for us to get settled and we can work from there. Lots of options for you.

When

I offer day or evening sessions. Once we have had a consultation we will then swap diaries to see when best suits our schedules.
