Service Description

Come and join us for a dreamy summers evening to embrace the Summer magic. There will be intention setting and an awaking yoga flow with breath work techniques to connect to the aliveness within. You'll then be soothed by a Sound Bath Meditation to aid in bringing you back into that deeply relaxing flow state of mind. This is for those that are wishing to carve out a little time for themselves and to feel the support and love of other like minded souls. We will be connecting to our roots and embodying our true selves allowing us to bloom into the direction of our wildest desires.
