Online Yoga

Come and join us online via Zoom in the comfort of your own home. Perfect for those busy days when you just can't make it to the studio but you still want to take some time for you. You can have your camera turned off or on, it's up to you, your choice!

If you'd like to get the young ones involved, the more the merrier! Children can join in for free.

The classes are a mixture of gentle Hatha & Vinyasa, with mindfulness practices weaved in to create an overall feel good sense of wellbeing thats grounding yet energising. 

We will be exploring the breath and moving mindfully using the tools of yoga to help gain strength and flexibility in the body and mind, turning our awareness within to regain our balance and strength, connecting with our inner nature.

The class is suitable for all levels, so whether you’re a well practiced yogi or wanting to try something new, this is a safe and inclusive space for all. 


Online via Zoom


Once you book your spot, a Zoom link will be sent out a couple of hours before the class. 


Bookings will close 15 minutes before class. If you book a spot after this this time I can not guarantee that the link will find you. I will try my best though.


Please note that sales are finale and non refundable - however, life is life and if you can't make it just let me know and I will supply you with a class credit for next time.

What will I need?


Props always come in handy and you'll find most of what you need around the home.


Recommendations on what you might find handy are:

• Mat or comfortable rug

• Yoga blocks or some books

• Strap or belt /dog lead

• Blanket for the relaxation part

• Bolster / a cushion / rolled up blanket

• Water
