Spring Equinox Special
A Movement, Sound and Ceremony event for all
Come and join us for a dreamy candle lit evening to welcome in the Spring Equinox and the magic that it brings. There will be Cacao, intention setting and an awaking yoga flow with breath work techniques to connect to the aliveness within. You'll then be soothed by a Sound Bath Meditation to aid in bringing you back into that deeply relaxing flow state of mind.
This is for those that are wishing to carve out a little time for themselves and to feel the support and love of other like minded souls. We will be connecting to our roots and embodying our true selves allowing us to bloom into the direction of our wildest desires.

The evening will finish off with tea and homemade cake where you will have chance to chat and chill before heading home, connecting to yourself and one another.
