Join us for an hour of outdoors yoga surrounded by beautiful views, connecting to the elements of nature. This class is a Vinyasa style class where we will be moving with the breath to energise with moments of relaxation to rest into the present moment, you'll always be encouraged to move at your own pace. You do you!
