Come and join us for a dreamy candle lit evening to welcome in the New Year and the magic that it brings. There will be Cacao, intention setting and Yin Yoga Nidra accompanied by a Sound Bath Meditation to soothe the soul. This is for those that are wishing to carve out a little time for themselves and to feel the support and love of other like minded souls. We will be letting go of old thought patterns and limited beliefs and welcoming in new possibilities for the coming year; allowing us to move into the direction of our wildest desires.  The evening will finish off with a lovely hot cup of mulled tea and snacks where you will have chance to chat and chill before heading home, connecting to yourself and one another.
